Life Skills, Work Skills & C.R.E.W
Life skills are essential abilities that help individuals manage daily life, build relationships, and cope with challenges.
Our Life Skills Programme provides personalized, person-centered support to individuals of all ages living with diverse support needs.
Under the guidance of our Life Skills Coordinator, participants practice valuable everyday skills, often the ones we take for granted. Working closely with each participant’s care team, we develop goals based on individual interests and abilities.
Our primary aim is to engage participants in WindReach’s vibrant community while helping them build functional life skills that foster independence and inclusion in the wider Bermuda community.
WindReach offers a range of on-site resources to support these goals, including community gardens, animal zones, kitchens, and stables. Participants may attend individually or as part of a group, accompanied by their support worker(s).
